How?Bulldog?Bites?is helping make a difference -
?We?are deeply indebted to Glenforest and to the?Glenforest Student Scholarship Fund?for saving our ?lost? son and?extremely blessed to have this exceptional teaching program?in our?community. Just because a child does not comply with the ?expected?norms? doesn?t mean they cannot be competent and productive members of?society. Often their vast?potential is untapped, and remains lost in?the limits of bureaucracy without the special programming they really need?to succeed. Glenforest gave my son confidence and?understanding that?helped him accomplish many things he otherwise would not have?thought possible. It changed him as a person and saved his life.? - Glenforest?parent.

?The?ability to provide families with scholarships and financial aid is?extremely important to our school, but each year we are completely?overwhelmed by the number of?applications we receive requesting?financial assistance. Thanks to the generosity of the community we are able?to support many of these requests through our?Student?Scholarship Fund,?but there are still over?one-hundred-and-fifty amazing students who learn differently on our?waiting list who need our help. Each name on the list represents a?family?waiting for funding to become available so they can afford to enroll?their child into the school.? Chris Winkler said. ?By purchasing a cookbook you?will directly support?local family in need of financial assistance to meet the?specific learning needs of their child, and help Glenforest provide another?child a chance to receive the education?all?children deserve.? Chris Winkler added.
