This is a newly created role within the Operations functions of a Global top 20 FTSE player in the FMCG arena. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious L&D generalist who has gained experience across most parts of the L&D cycle in an international organisation. The primary areas of accountability from this role are first level of capability analysis and communication, training portfolio development, training calendar management and communication, e-delivery enhancement, relationship management with agreed suppliers along with project support for functional L&D initiatives.
The role will work closely with the Operations HR Business Partners and Process Area Leads to ensure that programme development of entry level programmes are of high quality, incorporate blended learning principles and establish best practices in programme delivery on a continuous basis.
Technical Skills
- University/Graduate calibre
- Experience of learning design and development principles through the development of learning programmes an advantage
- Experience of delivering Instructor-Led programmes
- Knowledge of Learning platforms / elearning and blended learning solutions
- Experience of innovative learning channels and development programmes, challenging the traditional way of doing things
- Experience of Capabilities framework in an Operations environment is added advantage
