GETTING STRONG Kettlebell Advanced Workout   Getting Strong and Loving it! This weeks kettlebell advanced workout is the ?Getting Strong and Loving It? Workout.

Getting strong does not mean bulking up, it means becoming leaner and toned.? Remember 5 pounds of muscle takes up more space than 5 pound of fat.

Let?s get to work

You will need one kettlebell for this workout

5 Single Leg Deadlifts each side

5 Snatches each side

5 Split Squats each side

5 Press Ups one hand balancing on the bell ? to each side

?

Rest for one minute and repeat for 3-5 sets.
