Are you a Newly qualified teacher or have qualified teacher status?
Monarch is looking to appoint a Qualified Primary Teacher in the Dudley area for day to day cover for the possibility of a long term post. The successful candidate will be required to teach on a full time basis. Furthermore, you must have at least over 1 years experience within a school as a reference will be required from your most previous employer. Supply work is a great way to build relationships with local schools.
In order to qualify for this post you must have these skills and attributes:
? Qualified Teacher Status either NQT or QTS welcome to apply
? Experience of teaching in the last 2 years is essential (can include training experience and supply teaching)
? Willingness to promote learning
? Strong classroom management skills
? Flexible and adaptable approach to work
? Positive outlook that is evident in class
? Innovative and resourceful teaching methods
